Bible Stories for Preschoolers

Bible Stories for Preschoolers is a super cute children's book of bible stories. I have a three year old daughter, and was really excited for this book to come so we could read it together. The stories aren't too long - a few pages per story, which makes it easy to read her a few before bed each night. I really appreciated that the stories use simple, easy to understand language, and the stories were all appropriate for young children. The illustrations in the book are vibrant and beautiful. Another nice feature of this book is the "Family Time" sections that appear occassionally throughout the book. There are three prompts, called "Talk", "Do", and "Remember". The "Talk" section offers up questions to ask your child about the stories they are reading. The "Do" section offers up an easy to do activity that is relevant to the story, as well. The "Remember" section offers a bible verse for the child to commit to memory. I really liked this part of the book, as it really helps you to discuss and get your child involved in the stories, and the bible verses are all short and easy to remember, and are easily understood by a young child. Overall I would give this book a 5/5. If there is a young child in your family, I would highly recommend buying this book - it would make for a great Christmas or birthday gift, as well. Loved it!
